Cant choose hair colour on certian hairstyles on character creation

When I make a new character a good number of the hairstyles wont let me change the colour.



Im using 2012-04-10 client with Miruku 2013-01-09 files and Basic Complete Renewal Data English Folder v2.0 (http://rathena.org/board/topic/66962-basic-complete-renewal-data-english-folder/)

Does anyone have any idea what is causing this?
