Headgear effect request!

a headgear that makes char floats on the air( not sure if there is some effects like this) something like monkey god's cloud (soon wu kong) and at the same time, it allows the char to walk a little faster. if you want, you can add some effects like magics on land wont be affected. but MvP's magic will still be affected. ( to prevent abuse) like bapho's earthquake.
