About Air Time Server

i see this in Char_athena.conf

i think it can make server with Air Time System

but i don't know how to use that.

i want : only player paying for Air time Card 15 day,30 day bla bla ... can play that it possible?

Hmm, I have never heard any private server does that. I suggest (yes I know, you want to make money from the server), it would be much better if you sell coins, which sells in-game items rather than "billing" vouchers.

That was my suggestion, just a suggestion. For the answer on "How to make it?", I am terribly sorry that I don't know how do I make it.
