how to remove the paw sign?

when casting a skill there's a PAW logo on the skill bar. how to remove it ?? it is afecting the skill's delay? how to remove the aftercast delay. if i remove it is it now dont have a aftercastdelay ?

To remove the aftercast delay, edit your config files.

conf/battle/skill.conf

// The rate of time it takes to cast a spell (Note 2, 0 = No casting time)

casting_rate: 100

// Delay time after casting (Note 2)

delay_rate: 100

What client are you using? Do you have up-to-date data folder files? Newer 2012 clients use a grey/black casting square in the Skill Bar.
