(supports skill names.) I have never used this one, So I do not know if you can use a negative value to reduce cooldown of skills by a % bonus bFixedCastrate,x; Increases fixed cast time of skills by x%. -100 Should reduce the fixed cast time you incure by 100% Try equiping the angrya manyu and attempting to have faster cast with it as it has -100 fixed castrate value already on it.
