Can someone tell me the Item Equipment code for each 3rd job class?

I know the equipment code from novice -> 2nd trans/2nd job but I don't know the equipment code for the 3rd jobs like Royal Guard and Guillotine Cross. If anyone knows the equipment code for each 3rd job class, can you kindly post it here please? Thank you in advance.

What do you mean by equipment code? What are you trying to use it for?

Let's say for items. Item can only be equipped by glt. cross, item can only be equipped by warlock. I need the equipment codes for each 3rd class.
