Check your firewall. Is it allowing access to MySql's port? 3306 if I remember right.

yeah..my ive already port forward it..

with start and end port of 3306.

what should i do..isnt it my webhost problem?

but its okay now,

now my problem is how could those who register in my site,

oh i see. so the hidden folders. they should use your ragnarok client. configure with your servers ip.
