do i have to modify something, because i want to go to 1@gl_k , and i patched my rsu-, is it serverside? or do ihave to put it on my own grf?

rsu is client right? 1@gl_k is your custom map? I couldn't find it in RMS.

enable the map if it is your custom map. rebuild mapcache.dat and edit map_index, and also maps_athena

no its an official map, to be specific the one that holds glast heim memorial

It's too new, if you have the file in your data.grf or your custom grf u can always add in mapcache and to all the maps config/db files. But there will be NO Glast Heim Instance script in that map.
