Event Warper NPC

may i request an event warper NPC? that;

1. open the warper.

2. that you can insert or edit the coordinates of the map.

3. that you can insert or edit the desire event name.

4. close the warper.

please give me of your best event warper npc. im just a newbie.

use google for it.. newbie also can do it.. dont be lazy..
