I think my Two Handed Quicken might be bugged, it should add a 30% weapon swing delay reduction to the player, yet my ASPD went from 150 to 151, which is pathetic.
Here's the DB entry:

As you can see, the integre is set at 300, which should properly reflect as 30%.
