In order to use an AoE Freeze & Stone curse effect, there needs to already be a skill which does it.

I know AoE Freeze is Frost Misty i believe. Don't know about AoE Stone Curse.

So for now, make it autospell Frost Misty skill (Warlock).

You can actually just use NPC_WIDEFREEZE,1 it's work. I have plenty of these item effects using in my server actually

None of those items will take you very long to script if you use the doc/item_bonus.txt document! It lists every single bonus you can use in rAthena and breaks them down. That just requires you do to a bit of work yourself.
