jikari patcher not connect to server

guys i have some problem why my jikari cannot connect in my server??

this is my seting jika.ini

well, I got the same error too when I tried to debug your screenshot:

I guess, you might need to restart your Apache Server. (please google it. I don't really understand about Centos. I'm good in windows and ubuntu)
