can't open all .exe in windows 7

i tried to open .exe but can't open it. i think its on compatibility issue but i tried to fix it but still got that problem.

i right click .exe then properties then compatibility and i check box of

Run this program in compatibility mode for:

Windows XP (Service Pack 3)

and privilege level

run this program as an administrator

but still can't open...it says compatibility...

i need to add the .exe right? then i restart my pc but still got that error.

well, found a way to solve that stuff. Just run vcredist_x86.exe or vcredist_x64.exe and let them install the changes. This will solve the problem.

But maybe not... just running this programms solved another one problem
