Sorry that this post is in English.. I just figured since you posted in English, I could try to help. Anyways, I'm guessing what you're referring to is to not allow Archer classes to use their skills? o_O But then when you're a sniper, you want them to show?

If you dont want Archers to have skills, go to your skill_tree.txt and find: Archer and remove or comment (//) out the skills.
