Need help

Good time for you, friends

My problem in next:

I have last revisioned rAthena, without any changes. Ok, run it, create new character... and we have a problem.

All characters (any lvl, stats, job) have 190 aspd. Also no dependence on stats, so 150lvl Royal Guard with 100 vit and 100 int have only 2350 hp and 12 sp

And one more: does homunculus S have theirs skills? i've created one by GM command and it was always passive and haven't any skills

Any ideas or solutions? Thx for help

What custom mods are in your server?.. I'm running the very latest pre-renewal config rAthena and whenever I create a new char.. I start as a novice with default stats? o_o
