Or, your client is not reading data.grf and rdata.grf where all the effects and casting circles are kept. How did you put your data.ini? I have no idea where that pal.grf come from...... Edit : I tried changing it and skip the pal.grf, letting data.grf on 2 and rdata.grf on 3rd. and wise versa, but it's still not working.
