I believe that has to do with your data folder. Or, your client is not reading data.grf and rdata.grf where all the effects and casting circles are kept. How did you put your data.ini?

1=RainzRO.grf

2=pal.grf

3=rdata.grf

4=data.grf

???

I have no idea where that pal.grf come from......

Edit : I tried changing it and skip the pal.grf, letting data.grf on 2 and rdata.grf on 3rd. and wise versa, but it's still not working.

I even double check my client to enable reading multiple grf file..........
