Help with Item Script + Combo

How can I make a character unable to wear 3 kiels? They can only wear 2 kiels.. and if they wear 2 kiels + 2 expert ring, it will be like this.. 2 kiels = 60% cooldown reduction, 2 expert ring = 20% cd reduction.. if they're not wearing 2 kiels, expert ring will only have 5% cd redux .

as far as I know, Expert Ring (2703) gives -5% after-cast delay only.

when 2 Expert rings geared, it will be -10% after-cast delay. How come you get -20% after-cast delay reduction? Did you edit it?

absolutely, your player will get no delay when you edit it by -10% after-cast delay on expert rings.

Try to revert it back to 5% and not 10%. XD
