I think the problem was your IP Address not setting it up properly.

127.0.0.1.com/patch Try removing the .com from your URL

should be

Do I have to run the Thor Patcher in my RO folder or can I run it in a separate folder?

Error still occurring.. Anyone know what my problem is? I have teamviewer or aim if anyone needs to contact me.

seperate folder is fine.

A noob question: Have you and are you running a web server on your computer (Apache / XAMPP)?
