my server wont let anyone connect why? please help mee please

my server allows me in perfectly without a problem but it wont let my friends in my server why?? i have made a static ip cuz im behind a router i try to acces my router and it wont let me i know this is the prblem why no one can connect but can someone help me do this please with a router on u dont even have a wan or lan ip its diferent iv never ran a server behind a router and i have to have my router on cuz im using couple of devices like my ps3 and pc how can i fix this problem please help me

no i havent opend ports yet lol i cant acces my router lol it wont let me i keep trying to put its ip adress and it stays loading and after a while it says error loading site and i go to my firewall and check and the server's are there ther's map serv char sderv and log serv so my firewall aint stoping it lol can u help me please

Without the ports nobody else will be able to connect besides you.

If you can´t open ports try using hamachi or some other vpn.

to be able to connect your friends change the IP : 127.0.0.1 to your WAN IP and LAN IP then PortForward 6900, 5121, 612 if you have router but if you dont have use hamachi but i dont recommend it

hmmmm hamachi see the thing is that i cant connect to my router when ever i put the ip adress to go straight into the portfoward it stays loading for a while then it says failed to connect its weird and since i couldnt do that someone else told me to set up a static ip and i did but nothing lol what can i do please help me thank you all for ur help

Hi Kurosaki2488,

I don't think it's possible for anyone to actually set up their own static IP without the assistance of your ISP. I know most ISP's provide a dynamic IP and usually give a static IP to business-class internet. Some cable internet companies provide static IP's as well.

As for your situation; you must use your WAN IP, or using www.no-ip.org. And then you've got to open your ports, and assign a permanent LAN IP so that your router forwards the ports for the right computer on your network.
