Help with Robes!

Hi i using the robe system on my RO server but i wanted to know if there was to add them without duplicating (copying) the same .spr and .act multiple times to put them in their individual folder depending on what class it is.

Some of the robes im using are pretty big and i wanted to know if i can just put 1 set of the sprites in one folder rather than 10+ for the different classes...

Well i was actually hoping there was like an "universal folder" or something where i can keep the size of the folder to a minimum but if not, i think that whatever that person was using in that video would be useful to use, any idea where i can get it?
