how to add new job sprite for non xray user but lua

im trying to make a job but i dont want to use xray but i want to use lua is that possible to made if im using lua?

should i use xray to create new custom job actually i already finish configure it to my server but the vision of the job is getting error

so i should turn my client to xray im i right?
