It is inside the wav folder I forgot the filename though but try hearing them all.

Try scanning the Official RO's data files.

It is inside the wav folder I forgot the filename though but try hearing them all.

There is a certain format for the filename if it is a skill sound effect skill.

yes, if you grftool put wav as the filter and extract all of them
