Request - Refine NPC with Normal and Ticket Menu

Hi rAthena!

I just want to make a request like this.

A Refine NPC that will have a menu with 'Use Normal Refine' and 'Use Donation Card'

So the refine NPC structure will be:

Use Normal Refine

( Can refine with normal like an ordinary refiner )

Use Donation Card (7179)

( This option will refine the item to +1 without failures)
