PK Town but if have same pallete to other cant kill him

Example pk map (Morocc), and my hcolor number (51) ccolor is number (50) and cant kill the same person who have (hcolor 51) and (ccolor 50), but if the another player dont have this i can kill him.

there no command / scirpt event that is triggered upon attacking or before attacking to run a script to check the enemy or target...

i think it's can be done if pallete change to item

this needs source in order to hit or not hit a player. but if you want it to be achieved using script, a player can still kill the person, and check its palette, so if by script you can manipulate a points or something if he/she kill a player with the same palette as him
