Copying Skill(s) Problem

I seem to have a problem and I'm not sure if this is Source or database.. if it's either, please move!

Anyways, so here's my problem. When a Rogue or Stalker with Plagiarism copies a skill,that skill will show a red potion pitched icon with no description:

However, when the player re logs back in.. the skill appears:

Does anyone know why it's doing this? Is there something in the source or something that might be causing this?

is this rA, then it probably has to do with the flags for plagerism when saving the skill, I would say report it as a bug. And they can investigate. I know I had this problem when I tried to use rA code, this happened when eA changed the flag code I believe. However, I'm not too sure about the icon

I thought they'd look at this topic first than the bug.. but I'll add it as a bug. I think I probably used the code in my source and not sure what I changed so.. urgh.
