how can i make baby class can have transcend skills too??

Go to your db/re/skill_tree.txt find a trans class and copy the skill to the baby class, you'll have to use the first number of the babies tho because that's the ID. Here's an example for baby assassin:

4035,406,10,132,3,134,5,136,5,379,1,0,0 //ASC_METEORASSAULT#Meteor Assault#
