is it possible to have different colours for Usernames:

for instance GM characters: when they type its GOLD

when normal players type its: (Default colour)

when VIP players type its a particular colour for instance (RED, BLUE, PINK ETC?)

Normal Players have default AURA

VIP members ( talk to a npc and they choose from a list of auras that they want; just like you would for a hair stylist however thats for everyone XD

xD alright though what about the auras I mean it could be possible cant it?

It is possible but only through one way I know of currently and thats through @auraset. The command takes an effect and pretty much sets it up with an infinite loop time to keep it on your character. Full details can be found below:

I swear I saw a topic around rAthena where there was a code that changed the chat colours of certain areas, like the guild and party etc. VIA Sourcing, not clienting o_o
