Question

Posted

Wasn't sure where to post this since it requires a little big of source and database?

I need a little bit more information on Max Leveling. Why? Well, read on!

So what I've done was set my Max Level in the source at lets say, 500. In the EXP tables, I've set every class to their Max Level at 499. However, when I do @blvl 500, I only get to 499 and not 500 although I've set max level in source to 500.

Isn't the EXP tables to stop the certain class from leveling to a certain level you've placed for them to stop at?

Maybe u forgot 1 class to change and its 499 instead of 500

or try to make dem all 500

Making them all 500 in the EXP table will make them level all the way to 500.. I want to use @blvl 1 or something so that they can get to 500 without actually killing anything.

yeah the exp.txt stops at whatever number u set it to, which is why when you set the exp.txt to 499 it stopped at 499, setting the max level in source just makes it so the sever is able to allow lvl 500 or whatever you wanna set the number to in the exp.txt,

if you want your max level to be 500, change it to 500 in exp.txt and for the source, usually people have it set at 1000 for source, at least on eA they always did in the pre-compiled eathena's
