Hello, i've been wondering or curios on how to fix that Texture when you're walking 'FAR' as i observed every time i walk on 'Areas' some Textures are become 'Black' is there any way to 'FIX' it? if yes, please let me know how to fix it.

Though i've been messeng up with BrowEdit still i can't FIX it.

Maybe i need some Advices.

NOTE: The 'Textures' has no problem on it. everything works ingame, only if i walk some AREAS it will be blackening.

Open your map in browedit version 586; save the map; patch your grf.

Hello, Angst! thanks for the Respond, what do you mean? patch my GRF? did you mean i will repack it into 'GRF.file' ?

I already did it save it to 586 then recompile my mapcache.exe. still i tried ingame it shows black.

No need to recompile the mapcache unless you make a change to the walkable or unwalkable tiles.

And yes. Once you save it in 586, repack it into your grf.

I merely presumed you had patcher set-up already which is why I said, "patch your grf". :/

If what Angst said doesn't seem to work, try adjusting your water height level to -20, raise the map above that point using global height edit, raise all objects back to their correct terrain placement using group object edit (top view camera) and save. Perform these changes in r586.
