You got a CPanel / Kloxo where you can login to set FTP accounts etc pp Then you can upload your file through ftp to the public_html folder which can be accessed later after you set the ns Set your domain to the hosting's IP then from CPanel / Kloxo add the domain that you already set. And wait around 1 day until the movement process done. If it still not work try flush your DNS and cache.
