Sometime in a server that I have played, there was the @effect command that disables the AoE skill effects (Storm Gust, LoV, etc.) I find this really helpful for the parties. I really really really be greatful if somebody has this @effect.

You're talking about /effect. Login your server, and type in "/effect"

I think what he means is only the skill effects from AOE skills while leaving other skill effects untouched.

Effects are displayed client side. Server only sends info about skill being used, and client decides what visual effect will be shown.

Did you read my post?

I did, you mean that a @command wouldn't be able to make what I am waiting for, right? But now I am thinking if is it there a possibility of modifying the /effect or create another one to make what I want, Is it possible?

I was trying to look where the "/effect" code is at, haha. But I'll look around to see if somebody has this "@effect" :3

/effect is CLIENTSIDE command. If you want to modify how /effect works, you have to modify game client itself.
