I was unable to reproduce on r15456 with client 2010-07-28aRagexeRE.

I thought the "Data size mismatch" error happens when you do a partial recompile (ex: only recompile the map-server but not the char or login).

yeah same, thought so to, but with rA i clean it and recompile everything. With 2011-11-02 i get that error

the error doesn't make sense does it? Usually its a number off, but its the same?

34384 != 34384

I can't reproduce it either, make sure all your source files are up to date and recompile from scratch.

I got this error when I changed #define MAX_INVENTORY 100 to #define MAX_INVENTORY 200
I'm not 100% sure but try not to change #define MAX_INVENTORY 100 leave it as default.
