Log in Server Problem

any one knows why i keep having this problem?

i can't make my first server rathena work because of this,,

i have configured my rathena already but the problem is still there

Your probably running TXT and opening in SQL. Try opening runserver instead of loginlog. I believe what your doing is opening each one separately, right? The "runserver" opens all of them at the same time (login, map, char).
