No idea where to post this, but I made the suggestion to lilcooldude69 in IRC to make such a tool for the community. I'm aware that there's a PHP script somewhere (I personally can't find it unfortunately) that does this already, however, having an actual program on the computer that people can simply run, would be wonderful, as not everyone has access to a php enabled web host, an many others are just too lazy to install php to their computer.
That said, requesting for public release to the community a program that splits and renames 1024x768 images for login screen usage.
