+10 refine not add def

Hello, I have come to request help in the refinement system, the problem is when it goes from +9 to +10 the def bonus is lost. I have updated my refine.yml and only get the bonus up to +9, if anyone can help me I am completely grateful.

Hmm I see nothing wrong in the script. There was someone else reporting the same issue before, but I couldn't reproduce it.

I think there must be some customization that I don't know of.
