Newly setup rathena ragna offline cannot create character

Hello good day to all!

Im sorry for bothering ,i made a new fresh rathena ragnarok server offline and its all setup and i think all is correct

I wonder why i cant create account like alex_M , any body know what is the problem? Its just like this when i create account

You are trying to register an account using _M or _F and log in. This feature may nt be enabled here.

// Can you use _M/_F to make new accounts on the server?
// Note: This only works if client side password encryption is not enabled.
