Gepard Packet Logs Error

I am always getting this Gepard error in game. Any one knows how to fix this?

Did your server side and client side using the same clientdate as it should be ?

I already tried messaging him but haven't heard back yet. My client date is 2019.

did you chat him both rathena and skype ?

He told the possible reasons and I had to test everything until I came up with this solution.
