can anyone please help me i got stuck when i want to install phpmyadmin and mysql in Debian10

 

i use commands sudo apt install phpmyadmin

error say

E: Package 'phpmyadmin' has no installation candidate

also same with mysql, i use tutorial from Here and i got stuck phpmyadmin and sql..
