Guild Emblem Not Showing

Hey guys, I need help getting the badges to appear in the guild.
 

I already did the step-by-step of this tutorial and it didn't work

You doesnt need to follow that tutorial anymore. rAthena have web service already. You just need to run the sql in sql-files/web.sql and setting the client part for it.

Make sure web server is running. latest rathena already have web server for the emblem.

i'm kinda new to this, can you tell me how i can make it work? What do i have to do to run the sql in sql-files/web.sql and setting the client part for it.

run the sql so that the required tables are added in your database. 

Then start web server if u didnt.

Then change the IP parts in GRF data\luafiles514\lua files\service_korea\ExternalSettings_kr.lub

Sorry for thread hijacking, but will he be able to confirm if the web service is running properly by opening this (http://127.0.0.1:8888/emblems/download) link on his browser? It should reply 200 but not 404 am I right?

Same questions here, i have the SQL and everything is running, but webserver is not reachable anyway... yes, i have port 8888 open...
