Normal Card Drop rate in chat box says its 50% chance

Hello i have a problem in my chatbox when i use the command @rates, based on the picture the card drop rate has 50.00x which is 50%

but my server setting is at .05% drop chance.

item_rate_card:    5000
item_rate_card_boss: 0
item_rate_card_mvp: 0
item_drop_card_min: 1
item_drop_card_max: 10000
 

and when i use @mi hydra or poring (sample) it shows the correct drop rate which is .05%

 

i also // (disable) floating rates, and i also use the command @reloadbattleconf,

but still when shows in chatbox with @rates the 50.00x card drop,

Anyone help me. very appreciated. (Sorry for my english)

item_rate_card:    5000,  your setting

normal rate card is 0.01 change drop
your rate card be 0.50 change drop

it means at info rate is 50x and info mob is 0.50%

oh yes its clear.  so the card drop is different from drop from usable, equipment etc, right?
