@memo without having Warp skill

Hello,

 

I'm asking for help searching since a while.

I would be able to use the @memo command without having the warp skill.

It still say me : "You haven't learned Warp Skill"

"@memo failed"

 

I tried to add memo: true in the groups.conf file for id : 0

I didn't find anything server side to remove that resrtiction.

 

Help would be very appreciate here.
