Quest Shop with +10 Weapon / EQs

Good Day Rathena !

I'm currently using Euphy's QUEST SHOP, would like to ask if is possible to input +10 Weaps / Equips into the Shop and how should i go about it?

add the item box into the quest shop

add the script that give refined item into the item_db

Mind to give me an example of the item_db script on how to add a +10 item? I am using Item_db.yml.
