Create database No Privileges PhpMyAdmin

i have problem when buy vps ( Linux ), and try install phpmyadmin 
cannot crate database, already many search didnt get any answer

try access phpmyadmin using 'root' ?

user : phpmyadmin

pas : asdasd1

 

didnt use root, root only access to putty
