Hourly turbo track event

How can I run the Turbo track event by a warp NPC,

like When players in Prontera, the script announces that the turbo track event will start in 2 minutes,

then enabling the NPC in Prontera,

and after the 2 minutes of register, it hidden and run with the registered players.

Anyone can help me?
