Costume Item Diffrent Spr

I am tryin to put a custome wing on my ragnarok, i put demon wing . i called the item and its name is demon wing, but when i put on the item its become a fox head.

Anyone knows why ?

i've done all of that actually, but still get an error like i said before

is it Garment(Wings) or Headgear ?
if it's Garment then you need to follow Garment adding guide
they're not working the same
