Can´t skill Longing for Freedom

Hey guys i got the Problem i can´t skill Longing for Freedom with Clown or Gypsy everytime i try nothing happend. Use the latest rAthena wit the 2018-06-21aRagexeRE_fixed everytime i trie to skill i got the error message
[Error]: Skill '487' is undefined! C:\Users\franc\Desktop\rathena\src\map\pc.cpp:7524::pc_skillup
[Error]: pc_skillup: Player attempts to level up invalid skill '487'

is this a known bug?

i already use this translation but i did not diff a new exe i just renamed the files, i wil try it with a new diffed exe
