Modifying Client Menu Button function

Is there any way to modify function of client menu button for example i want to change menu button tips for refine ui?

hmm , this relate to data packet

it seem there is 2 type of button function,

one is sending packet data and the other not, the like shortcut description and tipbox menu button is pure client side button function,

well there is function clif_parse_open_ui but it only triger attendance
