Channel issues

Channel is now bypassing the delay and not working. I can spam  it. Do you also experience this? And also the chat:false I can still chat even its disabled.

If you are using a Lv: 99 (admin) account. The delay will be ignored.

Yes even I change it non admin. like my players can still spam that and they should message the #world of chat is false.
