Removing NPC

Question im new here and i am learning how to edit the game, I just wanna ask how to remove the NPC at this photo thank you very much.

Just change:

i want to edit the max level to 500 and job level to 255 can i do that i have searched all the way but nothing works.

First change

#define MAX_LEVEL 175 in map.hpp and then recompile.

Then edit db/import/job_exp.txt to your liking.

at this point your only friend is Google and reading
